7.5 sdm kecap manis
8.minyak untuk menggoreng

cara mebuat :

1. Daging ayam+garam+merica+putih telur+2 sdm terigu, aduk rata, diamkan selama 10 menit
2. Gulingkan tiap potong daging ayam pada sisa tepung terigu, sambil di tekan2 agar tepung menempel rata.
3. Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, sisihkan
4. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu
5. Masukkan kecap dan ayam, aduk cepat hingga rata, matikan api
